Middle Motion Marketing Designer
We are currently looking for a Middle Motion Marketing Designer for one of our businesses, Traffic7, who will create high-converting motion creatives and leverage AI tools to scale marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Traffic7 is a project that creates and develops digital products and scales them through strong expertise in performance marketing.
- Creating high-converting motion ads, from storyboarding to final render.
- Managing the full pipeline of AI avatar and voiceover generation for marketing videos.
- Delivering sets of creatives across multiple formats and languages.
- Rapidly producing variations of “hooks” and CTAs for performance testing.
- Ensuring brand consistency and technical quality across all marketing assets.
- Motion expertise: confident in CapCut and proficient in Adobe After Effects (required).
- AI implementation: experienced with ElevenLabs, HeyGen, AI video and image generation on Freepik (required).
- Asset generation: skilled at writing prompts for video, image, and AI character generation (required).
- Design tools: confident working in Figma (required).
- Conversion focus: strong understanding of platform specifics, ad formats, and effective marketing hooks (required).
- Automation: able to build scalable templates for fast batch production and creative resizing (required).
