Outreach Specialist (Middle)
We are looking for an Outreach Specialist, who can consistently enrich our database with high-quality, unique donors. You will have the opportunity to develop projects in licensed English-speaking markets and build outreach strategies for both top-ranking websites and new sites from scratch. We’re looking for candidates who don’t limit themselves to “competitor analysis,” but are focused on a quality-first approach and ready to experiment with their own ideas. - Implementing content marketing / outreach strategy.
- Creating detailed technical briefs for content.
- Coordinating content creation with the content manager (no proofreading — the team handles it).
- Performing full on-page optimization of articles for specific landing pages or placements.
- Assigning tasks to designers.
- Collaborating with SEO specialists and content managers.
- Searching for donor sites based on criteria, GEO, and parameters.
- Communicating with webmasters and managing guest post placements.
- 1+ year of experience in link building / outreach.
- English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Ability to create detailed SEO technical briefs for content.
- Knowledge of Google algorithms and ranking principles.
- Confident work with keywords and on-page optimization.
- Experience communicating with webmasters and building long-term partnerships.
- Ability to find donor websites for specific topics or SEO goals.
- Knowledge of Ahrefs and other SEO tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, task and time management skills.
- Openness to experiments and non-standard approaches.
