Middle Product Designer (AI Presentations)
We’re looking for a Middle Product Designer (AI Presentations) to join Edlight — a business that builds AI products and expert services for students and professionals. This role involves designing and prototyping new product features from concept to final UI, improving and scaling existing user experiences across the product, and participating in discovery activities, including problem analysis, ideation, and UX solution generation. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, and Backend Engineers, designing user flows, product interfaces, onboarding experiences, and AI-driven interactions. You will contribute to the development and evolution of the design system, presenting and defending design decisions during product reviews and challenge sessions. The work is directly on the core product rather than marketing pages or advertising creatives, exploring and implementing innovative AI-powered user experience solutions.
- Designing and prototyping new product features from concept to final UI.
- Improving and scaling existing user experiences across the product.
- Participating in discovery activities, including problem analysis, ideation, and UX solution generation.
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, and Backend Engineers.
- Designing user flows, product interfaces, onboarding experiences, and AI-driven interactions.
- Contributing to the development and evolution of the design system.
- Presenting and defending design decisions during product reviews and challenge sessions.
- Working directly on the core product rather than marketing pages or advertising creatives.
- Exploring and implementing innovative AI-powered user experience solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design. (required)
- Strong Figma skills. (required)
- Hands-on experience delivering product design tasks end-to-end, from idea exploration and low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI design. (required)
- Can actively participate in discovery processes, including brainstorming, problem analysis, and UX solution development. (required)
- Feel confident presenting and defending design decisions during product discussions and review sessions. (required)
- Demonstrate a strong product mindset and user-centric approach. (required)
- Have experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams. (required)
- Have experience designing prompt-based interactions or AI-powered user experiences. (required)
- Actively use AI tools as part of your design workflow. (required)
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, including presentation template systems. (nice-to-have)
- Basic motion design skills focused on product and interface animations. (nice-to-have)
- Experience working with subscription-based products. (nice-to-have)

- You can start your workday anytime between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM (Kyiv time) and finish between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, considering team collaboration hours.
- You’re also welcome to visit our office in Kyiv or coworking spaces in Lviv and Warsaw.
