Middle SEO Specialist (Automation Focus)
We are currently looking for a strong Middle SEO Specialist (Automation Focus) to join Kosmo — a performance marketing company operating in highly competitive markets and providing partners with high-quality organic traffic (90% SEO-first). - Developing and executing SEO strategies across multiple markets.
- Launching new SEO projects and scaling existing ones.
- Analyzing SERPs and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Building semantic structures and SEO-friendly site architectures.
- Conducting technical SEO audits and preparing development requirements.
- Designing and improving content production workflows.
- Scaling link-building activities while managing risk exposure.
- Running SEO experiments and validating growth hypotheses.
- Leveraging AI and automation to optimize SEO workflows.
- Creating internal frameworks, templates, and scalable processes.
- Experience launching and scaling SEO projects.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge.
- Understanding of indexing, crawling, and internal linking principles.
- Experience managing content workflows.
- Practical experience automating SEO processes.
- Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Understanding of link-building strategies and risk assessment.
- Data-driven mindset and hypothesis-based approach.
- Proactive attitude, ownership, and strong analytical thinking.
- A variety of internal projects, large budgets, and tangible results.
- Work across 15+ geos in Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets.
