Mobile Manual QA Engineer
We are looking for a Mobile Manual QA Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, stability, and scalability of a video communication streaming platform while working closely with developers and product managers in a collaborative team where quality is a true priority.
- Perform manual testing of mobile applications and backend systems, including APIs, databases, and business logic.
- Conduct smoke, sanity, and regression testing to ensure product stability across releases.
- Create and maintain clear and practical test documentation that genuinely supports the team’s workflow.
- Test internal company products, including admin panels, CRM systems, and internal tools.
- Perform in-depth defect analysis to identify root causes rather than only surface-level issues.
- Prepare high-quality and well-structured bug reports.
- Experience testing mobile applications and backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with manual API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Experience working with proxy debugging tools such as Charles, Fiddler, Postman, or equivalents.
- Experience with MongoDB Compass (querying, editing, and deleting data).
- Understanding of and practical experience with A/B testing.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Grafana, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, DataGrip, Amplitude, and AppsFlyer.
- Understanding of installation testing concepts: organic installs / non-organic installs.
- Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
