User Acquisition Manager (Native networks) | Traffic7
We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager for one of our businesses, Traffic7, who will drive the launch, optimization, and scaling of performance marketing campaigns in Tier 1 markets, focusing on data-driven growth and sustainable acquisition results. Traffic7 is a project that creates and develops digital products and scales them through strong expertise in performance marketing.
- Launch, manage, and scale campaigns for a Tier 1.
- Analyze campaign performance daily and optimize for key business metrics.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test high-converting visual assets.
- Explore and test new product funnels and marketing hypotheses.
- Provide regular reporting on performance.
- Experience in Native networks(Taboola, Outbrain, etc) with a focus on product-based performance campaigns.
- Deep understanding of networks algorithm, bidding strategies, and creative testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work with high budgets and hit target CPA/ROAS goals.
