Responsibilities
- Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
- Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
- Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
- Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
Requirements
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Thai and English.
- Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
