<p><strong>✅ Responsibilities:<br></strong>✔️ Lead multiple Flutter teams and team leads<br>✔️ Own mobile engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery processes<br>✔️ Drive release management, CI/CD, and operational excellence<br>✔️ Ensure app quality, stability, and performance across platforms<br>✔️ Establish engineering standards, best practices, and testing strategy<br>✔️ Monitor and improve mobile app health and reliability metrics<br>✔️ Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams<br>✔️ Mentor engineering leads and support organizational scaling</p>

<p><strong>✅ Requirements:<br></strong>✔️ Strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem, platform lifecycles, Flutter, and iOS/Android specifics<br>✔️ Experience with App Store / Google Play release and compliance processes<br>✔️ Understanding of cross-platform development trade-offs and economics<br>✔️ Experience managing mobile release cycles and CI/CD pipelines<br>✔️ Ability to drive architectural decisions across core and feature teams<br>✔️ Strong knowledge of mobile architecture and design patterns<br>✔️ Understanding of mobile testing strategy and testing pyramid<br>✔️ Experience with mobile health metrics: crashes, ANR, responsiveness, performance, stability<br>✔️ Proven experience managing 3+ engineering teams and multiple team leads<br>✔️ Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills</p>
