Product Operations Manager (POps Mobile)
Description
This role is all about ensuring smooth operation, compliance, and delivery of our mobile applications across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining mobile store accounts (App Store and Google Play);
- Publishing new app updates to stores;
- Working with mobile store update rejections (appealing to store rejections, making sure necessary changes have been made within an app or mobile store settings);
- Checking and working with incoming mobile store notifications (changes in store policies, new requirements for apps);
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, Compliance, and Support teams to maintain efficient processes and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager;
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Fluent English (C1) to communicate with app store representatives and global teams;
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all app releases meet technical and compliance standards;
- Experience with KYB and corporate compliance requirements.
- Understanding of the iGaming industry is a strong advantage;
- Previous experience in mobile app development or publishing is a plus.
