Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React)
Description
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with experience in Node.js and React to join our development team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an on-site position based at our office in the Lisbon Metropolitan area. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available once you join the team. We are looking for candidates who are either already based in Lisbon or are eager to relocate to Portugal. To make your transition smooth, we provide full relocation support and visa sponsorship for successful international candidates.
Responsibilities
- In-house platform development
- 3rd party API integrations
- Actively participate in developing new features from scratch
- Work with own fintech solution
- Bi-weekly sprints, SCRUM, grooming, planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in web development
- 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js
- 3+ years of commercial experience as an FE (React) engineer
- Experience with NextJS, NestJS, Apollo, Material
- Experience with TypeScript
- Commercial experience with high-loaded SQL or NoSQL databases
- Experience with REST, GraphQL, WebSockets
- Understanding of TDD principles and writing tests
- Understanding of microservice architecture principles
- Experience with Git version control system
- Experience with RabbitMQ
- Experience with Redis
- Experience with MongoDB, MySQL databases
- At least an upper-intermediate level of English
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing CI/CD/Micro Services architecture/Containers (will be a plus)
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker (will be a plus)
- Experience with Queue brokers(RabbitMQ, Apache, etc.) (will be a plus)
