System Analyst
Description
We are looking for a System Analyst to act as the primary point of contact for all technical product-related matters, addressing any questions or concerns from stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse solution requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed system designs, workflows, and technical specifications to meet business needs.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and product teams to ensure successful system implementations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, user guides, and technical manuals.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test cases, reviewing results, and facilitating issue resolution.
Requirements
- Expertise in gathering, analysing, and documenting solution requirements and functional specifications. (required)
- Strong experience in creating system architecture diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications. (required)
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, UML, BPMN, and requirements management systems (JIRA, Confluence, or similar). (required)
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and related processes. (required)
- Strong ability to analyse complex business and technical problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users. (required)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and structured approach. (required)
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between business and technical stakeholders. (required)
