System Analyst

We are looking for a System Analyst to act as the primary point of contact for all technical product-related matters, addressing any questions or concerns from stakeholders.

• Gather and analyse solution requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed system designs, workflows, and technical specifications to meet business needs.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and product teams to ensure successful system implementations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, user guides, and technical manuals.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test cases, reviewing results, and facilitating issue resolution.

• Expertise in gathering, analysing, and documenting solution requirements and functional specifications. (required)
• Strong experience in creating system architecture diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications. (required)
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, UML, BPMN, and requirements management systems (JIRA, Confluence, or similar). (required)
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and related processes. (required)
• Strong ability to analyse complex business and technical problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. (required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users. (required)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and structured approach. (required)
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between business and technical stakeholders. (required)
