Team Lead HTML/Markup
Description
We're looking for an experienced Team Lead HTML/Markup to join our development team in Poland, Warsaw! This is an on-site position based at our office in Poland. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available once you join the team. We are looking for candidates who are either already based in Warsaw or are eager to relocate to Poland. To make your transition smooth, we provide full relocation support and visa sponsorship for successful international candidates.
Responsibilities
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
- Hiring and training technical personnel.
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaising with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
- Delegating work and assignments to team members.
- Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of professional experience as an HTML-coder (required).
- 3+ years in leadership (required).
- Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JS (required).
- Good understanding of UI/UX design and cross-browser layout (required).
- Strong knowledge of CSS/JS animation (required).
- Experience working with CSS Pre-Processors: Sass/Less (required).
- Experience with the GIT version control system (required).
- Understanding of web application performance optimization (required).
- Experience with Figma / Sketch / Photoshop (required).
- At least an Intermediate level of English (required).
- Experience with Angular and TypeScript (nice-to-have).
