VIP Account Manager - German Speaking
Description
We are looking for a German speaking VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value personal accounts, while acting as their main point of contact;
- Monitor account activity, identify potential opportunities and observe any risks to the business;
- Reactivate and retain inactive accounts to ensure long-term loyalty;
- Solve complex and technical issues, ensuring a high level of service in every solution;
- Create and provide bonuses that align with the reward strategies based on how each account performs;
- Make sure all account activity is aligned with the highest regulatory and safety standards;
- Coordinate with the other departments to provide feedback about the user experience;
- Encourage players to try new games, products or increase activity on the site;
- Bring inactive VIPs back to the platform through tailored incentives;
- Analyze customers behavior to estimate their total potential and promote the benefits of using our services;
- Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by remaining adaptable and maintaining focus on key deliverables
Requirements
- Background in key account management, high-end customer support, or sales;
- Ability to interpret customer data and behavioral patterns to provide personalized service and strategic bonus incentives;
- A proactive mindset with the ability to source and implement effective solutions for complex client issues;
- Proficiency in English and German both written and spoken;
- Availability to work according to a business shift schedule (including potential evenings/weekends) to ensure consistent coverage.
