Retention Manager (UK & Ireland)
As a Retention Manager (UK & Ireland), you will lead the development and delivery of CRM and retention strategies for sports and casino across multiple brands, ensuring campaigns are commercially effective, data‑driven and aligned with business objectives. You will oversee lifecycle activity, performance analysis and ongoing optimisation to support long‑term player engagement and value.
- Leading the planning and execution of CRM and retention strategies across brands and customer segments.
- Overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of automated, scheduled and ad‑hoc lifecycle campaigns.
- Analysing campaign and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Approving segmentation, content, offers and campaign setup to ensure quality and compliance.
- Developing CRM plans aligned with key events, product milestones and player lifecycle stages.
- Managing retention budgets and contributing to test‑and‑learn activities that improve performance.
- Translating CRM insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders across the business.
- Supporting and guiding the Retention Executive, establishing clear objectives, processes, and performance expectations.
- Proven experience in online gaming within CRM, lifecycle marketing or retention (required).
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link CRM activity to business goals (required).
- Confident analysing performance data and transforming insights into actionable strategies (required).
- Proven experience managing CRM campaigns across multiple customer segments (required).
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across teams and seniority levels (required).
- Experience mentoring or supporting team members is an advantage (preferred).
- Solid understanding of CRM journeys, segmentation, and retention mechanics in iGaming (required).
- Proactive, improvement‑focused mindset with strong attention to performance optimisation (required).
