Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer at bwise Media, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of design assets: from social media graphics and display ads to website elements and marketing collateral, that support our marketing objectives across global markets. - Design static and interactive widgets for iGaming brands, including odds displays, bonus promotions and interactive casino games, specialised for Sports & Casino campaigns across global markets.
- Develop creative assets for Paid Social campaigns, including Meta ads, display ads and promotional content, delivered in both static and video formats.
- Design web graphics, landing pages and user interface elements that enhance the user experience and support campaign performance.
- Design in-house creative assets, brand materials, presentations, web design, social media content and any other internal creative needs that support the company's visual identity.
- Transform complex ideas and concepts into clear, visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines, campaign goals and target audiences.
- Stay up to date with current design trends, tools and best practices to ensure fresh, modern and innovative designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
- Proven hands-on experience in graphic design, ideally in a digital marketing agency or brand environment. (required)
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Canva is essential. (required)
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects is also required. (required)
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing, with the ability to produce animated video creatives for Paid Social and iGaming campaigns. (required)
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time. (required)
- Understanding of how AI tools can be used effectively in graphic design workflows. (required)
- Basic coding knowledge is an advantage. (nice-to-have)
- Fluent in English; German and/or any other language is a plus. (required)
