Paid Social Manager iGaming
As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns across social (and search platforms), while also building trusted client relationships and using technical skills to enhance performance and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and technology and who has a passion for the iGaming space.
- Plan, execute and optimize Paid Social, Programmatic and Popunder campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify key insights and adjust strategies to achieve client and business objectives.
- Act as a trusted client contact, managing expectations, communicating results and building strong, long-term relationships.
- Create and present clear performance reports with actionable insights, strategic recommendations and next steps.
- Use AI tools and automation solutions to streamline day-to-day workflows, improve reporting efficiency and support campaign optimization.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, Paid Social trends, Programmatic and Popunder developments, AI-driven opportunities and performance marketing best practices.
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies, regulatory requirements and responsible advertising standards within the iGaming industry.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social, Programmatic and Popunder campaigns, ideally within the iGaming industry or a similar regulated environment. (required)
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently. (required)
- Proficiency in key campaign management tools, especially Meta Ads Manager and other relevant Paid Social platforms. (required)
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. (required)
- Confident use of AI tools to improve efficiency, automate recurring tasks and support day-to-day campaign management. (required)
- Proactive, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. (required)
- Experience managing Google Ads, Search or PPC campaigns, ideally within the iGaming industry. (nice-to-have)
- Good understanding of tracking technologies, pixels and server-side tracking solutions. (nice-to-have)
