Accounting Intern
The Accounting Intern will be responsible for supporting the accounting department and carrying out basic accounting and administrative tasks as part of the internship position. This role is part of the "90 day journey" paid Internship Program, designed to support the younger generation as they take their first steps into the business world or switch their career into the Tech industry. During the program, interns will develop both soft and hard skills, applying their academic knowledge to real-world business scenarios. Through tailored mentorship and continuous learning opportunities, they will embark on a transformative journey that equips interns for future career success.
- Maintain, organize, and archive electronic and physical records
- Receive, review, and file the company’s monthly invoices and bills
- Support basic accounting tasks (data entries, reconciliations, and record updates)
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the accounting department
- Communicate with other company departments to collect and retrieve supporting documents
- Register and review expense reports
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with accounting and/or ERP systems will be considered an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, consistency, and attention to detail
