CRM Casino Manager
The Casino CRM Manager is responsible for both the strategic development and hands-on execution of promotional campaigns, player offers, and retention strategies across all online gaming brands. This role involves leading the CRM Casino team, managing advanced player segmentation and targeting, and driving process improvements with cross-functional partners to maximise efficiency, ROI, and customer lifetime value, while monitoring performance against KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop CRM strategies and design promotional plans, from targeted offers to brand-wide campaigns, aligned with business goals.
- Lead the CRM team setting priorities, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring smooth execution of all campaigns.
- Define and refine player segments to deliver personalised campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare, test, approve, and deliver campaigns on time.
- Co-develop CRM strategies for new brands, including welcome offers, brand-specific promotions, and integration into existing campaigns.
- Oversee campaign QA, monitor live offers, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Monitor KPIs and player behaviour to refine campaigns, increase ROI, and improve overall efficiency.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance processes, improve targeting, and optimise workflows.
- Proven experience in CRM and online gaming, with a strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams to deliver strategic campaigns.
- Expertise in designing, executing, and optimising player-targeted campaigns using advanced segmentation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with KPI interpretation and campaign optimisation to drive results.
- Fluent English, with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/project management tools such as FastTrack, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Asana.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality campaign delivery.
- Experience with player lifecycle management, retention, and loyalty strategies.
- Knowledge of bonus structures, promotional mechanics, and budget management in iGaming.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimisation techniques.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for marketing and player communications.
