IT Intern
The IT Intern will assist in maintaining IT infrastructure and provide basic technical support to users. The "90 day journey" is our 3-month paid Internship Program, designed to support the younger generation as they take their first steps into the business world or switch their career into the Tech industry. During the program, interns will develop both soft and hard skills, applying their academic knowledge to real-world business scenarios. Through tailored mentorship and continuous learning opportunities, they will embark on a transformative journey that equips interns for future career success.
- Ensure continuous & uninterrupted operation of the infrastructure of the company and its branches (workstations, printers, networks, etc.).
- Software, hardware & equipment management (installation, configuration, maintenance & management for their correct operation).
- Effectively manage users by understanding, tracking, and addressing their requests, ensuring timely and accurate technical assistance aligned with their needs and priorities.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
- Student or recent graduate of Information Technology or Computer Science studies
- Good communication skills in English.
- Eager to learn new tools and technologies.
- Team player with a proactive and organized approach.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
