Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator
The Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator reports into the Director of Customer Marketing and is focused on managing the day-to-day execution of deliverables of the Customer Marketing department, including email communications, website integrations, and landing pages. This role acts as the operational backbone of the lifecycle team, ensuring campaigns, journeys, and engagement features are built, deployed, and maintained with high quality and consistency.
- Build and deploy lifecycle campaigns across email, CRM journeys, pop-ups, and onsite placements based on defined strategy and messaging.
- Support the execution of newsletters, automated journeys, and operator-related campaigns, ensuring that all technical and content elements are correctly implemented.
- Maintain and update campaign templates, modules, and reusable components
- Implement lifecycle initiatives across channels including email, pop-ups, landing environments, and gamified features.
- Apply updates and change requests related to campaigns, content, and operator offers in collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., Ad Operations, Marketing, Commercial).
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all deployed lifecycle touchpoints.
- Configure campaign parameters as instructed, including audience setup, scheduling, and content integration.
- Support operationally the implementation of segmentation and personalization logic defined by the Lifecyle team.
- Manage operator links and campaign assets across lifecycle channels in coordination with relevant teams.
- Manage the lifecycle team’s project board and campaign calendar, ensuring tasks are tracked, prioritized, and delivered on time.
- Coordinate weekly execution plans and communicate updates, dependencies, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Support alignment across Lifecycle, Commercial, Ad Operations, and Marketing teams.
- Perform QA checks across all lifecycle deliverables, including audience targeting, links, tracking parameters, and content rendering.
- Ensure campaigns meet operational, compliance, and brand standards before deployment.
- Monitor campaign launches to ensure correct execution.
- Maintain documentation of campaign setups, processes, and operational best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in lifecycle operations.
- Any other ad hoc duties which may be assigned by management from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deliver against tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Brings an analytical and problem-solving mindset to day-to-day challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
- Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Power BI, etc. is a plus.
