ASO Specialist
As an ASO Specialist, you’ll help shape how millions of customers discover and engage with our mobile apps. You’ll drive App Store Optimization initiatives that improve visibility, increase conversion rates, and support sustainable organic growth across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Working closely with Creative, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams, you’ll turn insights into action, optimize customer acquisition experiences, and help ensure our app listings remain competitive in a fast-moving marketplace. Your work will directly influence how customers find, evaluate, and engage with our apps.
- Execute App Store Optimization initiatives across app listings, including metadata updates, keyword optimization, and creative asset refreshes.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market assessments to identify opportunities to improve visibility and organic acquisition.
- Support experimentation efforts by setting up, quality checking, monitoring, and analyzing A/B tests across app store listings.
- Analyze performance metrics, including installs, conversion rates, keyword rankings, and organic growth trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Creative, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams to implement optimization strategies and support business priorities.
- Maintain app store listings to align with seasonal campaigns, app releases, feature launches, promotions, and evolving customer needs.
- Monitor app store algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, helping measure the impact of optimization initiatives and inform future strategy.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. (required)
- At least 1 year of experience in App Store Optimization, with experience driving organic growth and conversion optimization for mobile apps. (required)
- Knowledge of app store ranking factors, search algorithms, and mobile acquisition best practices. (required)
- Experience working with App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Sensor Tower, AppTweak, or similar optimization and analytics platforms. (required)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel or comparable data analysis tools to identify trends and uncover opportunities. (required)
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and a data-driven approach to measuring performance. (required)
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders. (required)
