Senior Manager, Casino Analytics
As a Senior Manager, Casino Analytics, you will set the vision for how data drives strategy and measurable business outcomes across the Casino experience. You will lead and scale a high-performing analytics team, partnering with leaders across Revenue Operations, Data Science, Product, and other cross-functional teams to prioritise complex initiatives and align analytical roadmaps with long-term growth objectives. In this role, you will elevate analytical standards, strengthen reporting and experimentation frameworks, and ensure your team delivers high-impact insights that unlock growth and operational excellence.
- Define and drive the analytics vision across the casino experience, ensuring complex datasets inform strategic decision-making and long-term growth.
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, coaching leaders and analysts to deliver clear, executive-level narratives that shape critical business priorities.
- Set and govern experimentation strategy, establishing standards that ensure rigor, consistency, and measurable business impact across key initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning analytical roadmaps with evolving business objectives and growth ambitions.
- Lead the advancement of scalable reporting, monitoring, and analytical frameworks that proactively surface performance trends, risks, and opportunities while strengthening operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Data Science, Product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate customer behavior, business performance, and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering analytical excellence, accountability, and the growth of future analytical leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field. (required)
- At least 8 years of analytics or data science experience. (required)
- At least 3 years of direct people management experience, including leading managers or senior analysts, developing high-performing teams, and building a strong culture of accountability and growth. (required)
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, R, SAS, or Matlab, with the ability to set technical direction, oversee complex analytical architecture, and scale enterprise data processes. (required)
- Advanced expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation frameworks, with experience guiding the development, validation, and adoption of predictive and analytical models across teams. (required)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex datasets into clear, executive-level insights that inform long-term strategy and influence senior and executive stakeholders. (required)
