Description

As a VIP Host, you’ll build and strengthen relationships with some of DraftKings’ most highly engaged Players, delivering personalised experiences that deepen loyalty and drive long-term engagement. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact, using insights, market knowledge, and relationship-building expertise to understand player needs and create meaningful connections. Working at the intersection of customer experience, retention, and growth, you’ll help shape a world-class VIP program while contributing valuable feedback that enhances our products and player experience. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on player satisfaction, advocacy, and business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Build authentic, trusted relationships with high-value Players to increase engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
  • Manage all aspects of the player relationship through proactive outreach, personalised communications, and timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, promotions, products, and platform enhancements to deliver relevant recommendations and experiences.
  • Lead player reactivation initiatives by identifying opportunities to reconnect with inactive Players and increase participation.
  • Gather and communicate player feedback to help improve products, services, and the overall player experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address player needs and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor player activity and engagement trends to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and relationship development.
  • Execute all VIP program policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with responsible gaming standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience (required).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Hospitality, or another customer-facing role (required).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust and maintain long-term player partnerships (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first approach to every interaction (required).
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions quickly (required).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and evolving environment (required).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail (required).
  • Flexibility to travel as needed and work evenings, weekends, and other non-traditional hours to support player needs (required).

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is 68,000.00 USD - 85,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
