CRM Manager, Sports Interaction - Casino
This opportunity has arisen as part of continued investment in CRM excellence and campaign sophistication. As we strengthen our customer engagement strategy, we are looking for a CRM Manager to drive high-quality, data-led campaigns and elevate player experiences across casino audiences. This is a replacement position for an existing member of the team. The CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage, retain, and reactivate players through targeted, insight-driven campaigns. The role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and operational precision, working closely with Product, VIP, and Creative teams. The CRM Manager will leverage modern CRM platforms and AI-driven insights to optimise campaign performance, while ensuring regulatory compliance and responsible gaming standards are met. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on customer growth and long-term player value within a leading global organisation.
- Design campaign mechanics and promotional offers that drive engagement, retention, and reactivation KPIs.
- Own and manage the weekly promotional calendar, ensuring effective cadence and alignment with strategy.
- Apply AI-driven insights and segmentation techniques to enhance campaign targeting and performance.
- Oversee campaign QA to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality execution across all channels.
- Analyse campaign performance and bonus efficiency, translating insights into continuous optimisation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, high-impact CRM initiatives.
- 3+ years' CRM experience within iGaming or gambling (sports betting or casino) (required).
- Expertise in segmentation, campaign design, and promotional mechanics (required).
- Advanced analytical capability, including use of AI or data-led tools to inform decisions (required).
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Optimove or equivalent systems (required).
- Ability to collaborate across Product, Creative, and Operational teams (required).
- Personal knowledge in online casino (preferred).
- Familiarity with responsible gaming practices and regulatory compliance requirements (required).
- Knowledge of Canadian French in addition to English (required).
- Salary: CAD $85,000 – $105,000.
