The role: Affiliate Executive - Internship
Location: Rome / Working model: Hybrid
Contract and Salary: Extracurricular internship / €800
- Provide efficient and professional support to the merchants of the Eurobet shop and corner network throughout Italy, both existing and potential, and technical and application support.
- Manage assistance requests received via messaging, email, or phone and provide the requested support, forwarding the request to the relevant department if necessary.
- Conduct telephone training on the gaming terminal and offered products, and if necessary, in-store, for merchants.
- Verify and retrieve winnings documentation in compliance with current anti-money laundering regulations.
- Support senior resources in managing credit requests according to internal procedures, including executing credit recovery calls to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage customer master data.
- Direct management of credit requests according to internal procedures.
- Activation training in retail outlets.
- Publishing.
- Possibility to perform adjustments on Merchant accounts according to internal procedures.
- Manage and process reporting tickets through dedicated ticketing platforms, ensuring correct acknowledgement and resolution of requests in accordance with internal procedures.
- Graduate or diploma holder (required)
- Previous experience in similar roles, or administrative roles, or in a call centre (preferred)
- Excellent ability to manage and handle confidential information with which you come into contact (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and "customer oriented" skills (required)
- Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure (required)
- Excellent numeracy skills (required)
- Ability to work in a team (required)
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in the Office suite and internet use (required)
- Good knowledge of English is a preferred but not essential qualification (preferred)
- Passion for sports of greatest interest in Italy is a preferred but not essential qualification (preferred)
