VIP Executive
The role of VIP Executive at Entain involves direct and personalised management of high-value clients. The successful candidate will ensure a priority and immediate service, maintaining constant client relationships in line with company marketing strategies. The activity requires continuous monitoring of client performance to develop tailored promotions and actions, as well as active participation in dedicated special events. The professional will also ensure constant reporting of activities to contribute to the optimisation of VIP management strategies.
- Ensure direct and customised contact for the VIP client, ensuring requests are handled promptly and in line with company strategies for VIP client management and their expectations.
- Ensure the VIP client receives the priority assistance reserved for them, with the level of service and attention required for high-value clients.
- Ensure contact activities, including outbound, for the VIP client are in line with defined marketing strategies.
- Ensure the user experience of the managed VIP client is in line with expectations and guarantee interventions and actions to enhance it.
- Ensure organisation, support, and participation in special events for VIP clients to strengthen relationships and ensure the best experience for them.
- Perform constant fine-tuning of the performance of managed VIP clients to propose and develop customised actions, promotions, and management strategies useful for achieving defined business objectives for managed VIP clients.
- Ensure reporting of assigned activities to ensure a constant and useful flow of information for the development of an increasingly efficient and effective VIP client management strategy.
- Diploma or Degree (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills (required)
- Ability to work in a team (required)
- Previous experience in similar roles and/or product development (required)
- Strong motivational skills and creativity (required)
- Ability to work autonomously, flexibility, dynamism, and strong initiative (required)
- Passion for sports of major interest in Italy, deep knowledge of the sports world and the gaming sector (required)
- Excellent skills in using the Office suite and main business management tools (required)

- Good knowledge of the English language (required)
