Account Manager

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team, supporting the Platform division. You will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client communications and escalations.
  • Understand client business goals and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver product training and demos to clients, ensuring they maximise the value of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Product, Operations) to meet client expectations.
  • Analyse client data to identify trends, optimise ROI, and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate and prioritise client requests for new features or services.
  • Represent the company at industry events across Europe (occasional travel required).
  • Stay updated with industry trends, product updates, and best practices.
  • Help the delivery team collect, verify, and prioritise clients' technical and non-technical requirements for new product features.
  • Ensure clients clearly understand the product development roadmap and upcoming releases.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in SaaS, payments, or iGaming (required).
  • Solid understanding of online business functions: payments, marketing, affiliates, customer service, and content (required).
  • Familiarity with player account management, wallet systems, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming tools (nice-to-have).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and spoken) (required).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights (required).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (required).
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (required).
