Product Manager – Strategic Initiatives
The Product Manager – Strategic Initiatives role is responsible for driving cross-business product projects that span multiple business units within the organisation. Reporting to the Group Chief Product Officer, this position plays a central role in shaping product alignment, execution, and leadership across the company.
- Partner closely with leadership across product, technology, commercial and operations to define and align on group-level product priorities.
- Lead strategic, multi-unit product initiatives that cut across our internal platform, partner integrations, operator tools and data/insights capabilities.
- Develop and communicate a clear roadmap for group-wide projects, ensuring dependencies are understood and managed.
- Facilitate discovery and validation across business-units, identifying opportunities that unlock shared value or enhance our client offering.
- Enable product teams across the organisation to deliver with consistency, quality and measurable impact.
- Support product governance, portfolio planning and prioritisation across business units.
- Act as a bridge between product teams and executive leadership, translating strategy into action and helping to remove blockers.
- Experience leading complex product work across teams or business units in SaaS, platform or highly regulated environments, ideally in iGaming (required).
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate high-level goals into tactical execution (required).
- Track record influencing cross-functional stakeholders (required).
- Excellent communication skills, able to present clearly to both teams and executive leadership (required).
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritise effectively and keep initiatives progressing across diverse groups (required).
- Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes (required).
- A collaborative style and a bias towards action (required).
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal (required).
