Product Owner
The DataMatrix team is responsible for collecting, storing, processing, and utilising hundreds of millions of transactions daily across the platform. The team focuses on building data products, including reporting solutions, data streaming pipelines, and third-party integrations for both internal and external customers. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximising the value of these data products by owning the product vision, roadmap, and backlog. You will work closely with data engineers and stakeholders to ensure that products are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business requirements through effective discovery, prioritisation, and objective setting.
- Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for DataMatrix data products.
- Translate business and client needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze new initiatives and requests and participate in product discovery and business analysis.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, platform impact, and data usage.
- Work closely with data engineers, technical leads and other tech stakeholders on solution shaping.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability across platform data products.
- Support internal teams and clients using DataMatrix products.
- Continuously improve existing data products based on feedback, usage, and insights.
- Collaborate with other business units and non-development departments.
- Continuously deepen understanding of the iGaming domain and EveryMatrix products.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in IT or B2B SaaS (required)
- Hands-on experience owning a product through continuous evolution (required)
- Experience working with data-intensive or analytics-driven products (required)
- Strong backlog ownership and prioritization skills (required)
- Experience with user story and acceptance criteria writing (required)
- Ability to correctly define business and customer needs (required)
- Experience with product documentation (required)
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools (required)
- Familiarity with Agile product development practices (required)
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills (required)
- Ability to listen, negotiate, and manage expectations (required)

- Advanced English (B2+), written and spoken (required)

- Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
