Product Strategy and Operations Manager
We are looking for a Product Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Group Product function, reporting to the Group Chief Product Officer. This is a high-impact role focused on strengthening how product teams operate across the company while supporting business units in delivering measurable, high-value outcomes. You will work across multiple product organisations, helping elevate product ways of working, improving alignment and ensuring that strategy translates into effective execution.
- Introduce and embed product best practices, frameworks and governance across business units, driving consistency without limiting autonomy.
- Improve planning and prioritisation processes, ensuring roadmaps are outcome-focused and aligned to Group strategy.
- Support product teams across the company to quantify impact, cost and risk.
- Establish clear performance metrics for delivered projects, tracking outcomes and ensuring learnings feed back into future prioritisation.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration, particularly where initiatives span multiple business units.
- Enhance portfolio visibility at Group level, providing leadership with clear reporting on progress, risks, and return on investment.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and work with product and engineering leaders to resolve them.
- Drive continuous improvement in discovery, delivery and post-launch evaluation practices.
- Experience in product operations, product strategy, or senior product management within a SaaS or platform environment, ideally in iGaming (required).
- Strong understanding of modern product management practices, including discovery, outcome-based roadmapping, and OKR frameworks (required).
- Ability to analyse business cases and model expected value, trade-offs and opportunity cost (required).
- Proven excellence influencing cross-functional teams (required).
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders and presenting structure insights to leadership (required).
- A data-driven structured mindset combined with strong facilitation and communication skills (required).
- Pragmatic approach, able to balance theory with real-world constraints (required).
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal (required).
- Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
