Senior Associate Corporate Development

Description

This role sits within the CEO Office and Corporate Development team, working closely with executive management on the company’s most important strategic and investment priorities. This is a unique opportunity to move from advisory to impact, working directly with senior leadership to shape and execute the company’s long term strategy. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our inorganic growth strategy, supporting M&A processes end to end while also contributing to broader strategic initiatives across the business. As part of a lean and high exposure team, you will have direct impact on investment decisions, strategic direction, and value creation, while helping build the frameworks and processes to support a growing global organization.

Responsibilities
  • Support and manage end-to-end M&A processes including sourcing, evaluation, due diligence and execution.
  • Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions.
  • Conduct market, competitor and peer group analyses to identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross functional due diligence across key business areas.
  • Prepare investment materials and strategic analyses for executive leadership.
  • Support post merger integration planning and performance tracking.
  • Perform internal financial and operational analyses to support decision making.
  • Collaborate with business units on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
  • Support development of corporate development processes and frameworks.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field (required)
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction services, corporate development or a similar role (required)
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (required)
  • Solid analytical and problem solving capabilities (required)
  • Ability to manage projects and drive execution in a fast paced environment (required)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (required)
  • High level of ownership and attention to detail (required)
  • Experience in tech, software or iGaming is a plus (nice-to-have)
  • Willingness to travel as required (required)
  • Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) to support analysis, problem-solving and research is considered a strong advantage (nice-to-have)
