Trainee Technical Support Engineer

Description

The Trainee Technical Support Engineer role is an entry-level position focused on supporting the deployment and operational stability of iGaming software solutions. The successful candidate will work within the SlotMatrix team to monitor release activities, assist with technical troubleshooting, and ensure the integrity of integrations and configurations across various environments.

Responsibilities
  • Validate deployments and monitor release activities across different environments.
  • Assist with CI/CD-related tasks and basic troubleshooting of deployment issues.
  • Perform game and integration verification after releases.
  • Analyze application logs and collect technical information for troubleshooting.
  • Work with REST APIs, Postman, JSON payloads, and configuration files.
  • Verify launch URLs, domains, and environment-specific configurations.
  • Assist QA teams and operators with technical investigations and issue resolution.
  • Collect and analyze HAR logs and browser network traces.
  • Perform basic database checks using SQL queries.
  • Escalate complex issues to developers or the TechOps Team Lead engineers when required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of operational processes and monitoring practices.
