We are looking for a Law student in their practical training stage, with an interest in the corporate, regulatory, and compliance fields, to support the processes of the legal department.

Responsibilities
  • Support in the creation and updating of legal and contractual databases.
  • Preliminary review of standard documents (NDAs, corporate forms, letters, minutes, certificates, etc.).
  • Administrative support in document archiving processes.
  • Coordination with notaries, chambers of commerce, and external suppliers for corporate procedures.
  • Support in general regulatory research in LATAM countries (labour, commercial, corporate, compliance, data protection, etc.).
  • Consolidation of legal and regulatory requirements by country.
  • Support in updating internal policies and compliance matrices.
  • Support in internal audits through document collection.
  • Preparation of presentations.
  • Review of basic legal translations or coordination of translations.
  • Support in internal training on corporate policies and compliance.
  • Support in managing internal legal requests.
  • Preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up on the legal team's action plans.
Requirements
  • Be an active Law student and have the endorsement of the university or educational institution to begin the practical training stage. (required)
