We are looking for a Law student in their practical training stage, with an interest in the corporate, regulatory, and compliance fields, to support the processes of the legal department.
Responsibilities
- Support in the creation and updating of legal and contractual databases.
- Preliminary review of standard documents (NDAs, corporate forms, letters, minutes, certificates, etc.).
- Administrative support in document archiving processes.
- Coordination with notaries, chambers of commerce, and external suppliers for corporate procedures.
- Support in general regulatory research in LATAM countries (labour, commercial, corporate, compliance, data protection, etc.).
- Consolidation of legal and regulatory requirements by country.
- Support in updating internal policies and compliance matrices.
- Support in internal audits through document collection.
- Preparation of presentations.
- Review of basic legal translations or coordination of translations.
- Support in internal training on corporate policies and compliance.
- Support in managing internal legal requests.
- Preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up on the legal team's action plans.
Requirements
- Be an active Law student and have the endorsement of the university or educational institution to begin the practical training stage. (required)

- Basic knowledge in labour law, corporate law, and/or commercial law will be valued. (preferred)
