SENA Apprentice – Graphic Design (Apprenticeship Contract)

At Evolution, we are looking for a SENA Graphic Design Apprentice who wishes to develop their creative talent and gain practical experience within an international Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to participate in visual communication, branding, and digital marketing projects, contributing to the creation of content for different brands and platforms. The selected individual will support the Design team in the creation and updating of graphic assets, corporate materials, and digital content, strengthening their skills in a dynamic, innovative, and high-impact environment.

• Support the creation and adaptation of graphic assets for marketing and communication campaigns.
• Design banners, thumbnails, and other digital materials in different formats for social media, websites, and internal campaigns.
• Update and maintain corporate templates, presentations, and institutional material.
• Provide support in the development of visual concepts for new projects and launches.
• Collaborate in the creation of content for websites and other digital channels.
• Support the design of materials for corporate events, fairs, and internal activities.
• Perform basic image editing and retouching, optimising files for different digital and print media.
• Design visual resources such as infographics, iconography, maps, logos, and graphic elements for different platforms.
• Participate in creativity sessions and contribute new ideas for campaigns and design projects.
• Provide support to the Design and Marketing team in the daily activities of the department.

• Be a student of Graphic Design, Visual Design, Graphic Communication, or related fields (required).
• Have approval to undertake the productive phase through a SENA Apprenticeship Contract (required).
• Basic or intermediate proficiency in the Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (required).
• Knowledge of After Effects will be valued, although not mandatory (preferred).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and good visual judgment (required).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet delivery deadlines (required).
• Excellent willingness to learn and receive feedback (required).
• Proactivity, initiative, and teamwork skills (required).
• Having an academic or personal portfolio will be an added advantage (nice-to-have).
