Commercial Coordinator
We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator who will provide essential day-to-day administrative support tasks connected to the administrative support of our Key Account Managers. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organised and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time. Our ideal candidate is able to both administer daily sales activities and brainstorm innovative ideas. Ultimately, you will drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Commercial team.
- Internal administrative tasks, process management, support for the commercial area, and alignment with all departments.
- Update internal databases with account information from departments collaborating with the clients & KAM team.
- Maintain accuracy in communications and documentation.
- Cooperate with other departments for seamless service – Legal, Finance, Operations, compliance, marketing, promotions.
- Actively contribute insights in team discussions and meetings.
- Identify and address issues with proactive solutions.
- Assist in organising client events, team events, gatherings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Manage a substantial number of client accounts, providing dedicated support with inquiries and delivering effective solutions.
- Organisational and Administrative Proficiency in order to handle administrative tasks and manage multiple priorities. (required)
- Communication skills: strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members and other colleagues. Primarily in English, other languages is an advantage. (required)
- Team collaboration: ability to work well within a team, supporting Account Managers and collaborating with various departments. (required)
- Excellent computer skills. (required)
- Experience in data analytics with proficiency in tools such as Tableau and Power BI. (required)
- Educational background: a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline will be considered as an advantage. (nice-to-have)
