Description

As a Junior Game Artist, you'll be at the heart of bringing our game worlds to life. You'll transform creative concepts into stunning visual experiences that captivate players and define our game's aesthetic identity.

Responsibilities
  • Champion the complete visual design journey—from initial concept sketches through polished final assets ready for development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm innovative ideas and drive continuous creative improvements
  • Own your project timelines with meticulous file management and clear communication of delivery milestones
  • Actively contribute to design critiques and collaborative brainstorming sessions that push creative boundaries
  • Craft compelling game assets and immersive environments that enhance player engagement
  • Master high-poly and low-poly modeling techniques to optimize visual quality and performance
  • Execute professional-grade texture painting, UVW mapping, and shading to bring characters and environments to vivid life
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of hands-on professional experience creating game assets that players actually see and interact with (required)
  • Deep understanding of real-time asset rendering pipelines—you know your way around high-to-low poly baking, PBR material creation, unwrapping, and texture painting like the back of your hand (required)
  • Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max and Adobe Photoshop to execute your creative vision (required)
  • B2 or higher English proficiency (verbal and written)—clear communication is how great art gets made (required)
  • Secondary, technical, or higher education background (required)
  • Experience with offline renderers (Corona or similar) to visualize and refine your work (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team (required)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects without losing your creative edge (required)
  • Motion design expertise (Adobe After Effects experience is a bonus) (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with additional 3D software—Blender, Substance, ZBrush, or similar tools (nice-to-have)
  • 3D animation background to add life to your creations (nice-to-have)
  • Unreal Engine knowledge to understand how your assets come to life in-engine (nice-to-have)
  • Experience leveraging AI tools or neural networks to enhance your workflow and productivity (nice-to-have)
  • Previous work in the iGaming industry (nice-to-have)
