Commercial Senior Analyst, Sportsbook
The Sportsbook Senior Analyst will play a critical role in driving VIP and broader Commercial strategy through data-driven insight, performance monitoring, and data driven business recommendations. This role operates at the intersection of analytics and commercial decision-making. Owning key stakeholder relationships and translating complex data into actionable recommendations that improve performance, guide internal decision making + prioritization, and improve the customer experience. This role partners closely with Commercial leadership, VIP Operations, Finance, Data Engineering, and regional Commercial teams to ensure we have a clear view of business performance levers via actionable + regularly refreshed insights. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
- Own and evolve business performance reporting, ensuring automation, accessibility, and reliability.
- Set up communication to ensure business is clear on source of truth and aligned on current performance.
- Clearly articulate the “why” in business performance and proactively identify trends.
- Leverage business performance reporting framework to identify trends and deliver comprehensive insights + recommendations.
- Support the proposition team and tactical projects with insights that inform customer experience and investment decisions.
- Raise the bar on technical quality and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead mid-size cross-functional projects end-to-end.
- Question why things are done a certain way, and look to improve.

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, commercial strategy, or customer intelligence (required)
- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of business levers and performance drivers (required)
- Advanced in SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Databricks, Tableau, Codex) (required)
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and creating clear data visualizations (required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively (required)
- Passion for sport, gaming, or entertainment (nice-to-have)
