Games Specialist
FanDuel is seeking a Games Specialist to help scale our rapidly growing business and strengthen our position as the premier destination for online casino. This role is centred on delivering best-in-class game content, with a sharp focus on the preferences and behaviours of the US customer. You will actively manage and curate our casino lobbies, ensuring players are consistently presented with the most relevant and engaging content based on data and key performance metrics. You will partner closely with game suppliers to ensure the timely launch of high-quality titles from roadmap alignment through configuration and release. Acting as a key point of contact for vendors, you will build strong relationships, organise upcoming releases, and identify new content opportunities that keep our offering fresh and competitive.
- Curate localised casino lobbies by surfacing the newest and highest performing content based on key game performance KPIs and player engagement data.
- Coordinate lobby elements such as game tiles, videos, banners, and more.
- Build and manage strong relationships with casino game suppliers, serving as a key point of contact for game delivery.
- Track and analyse game performance metrics, including player engagement, popularity, and seasonal trends.
- Leverage data-driven insights to make informed content decisions to best service FanDuel Casino players.
- Demonstrate proficiency in our content management systems (CMS), with the technical aptitude to manage game placement, lobby updates, and promotional execution efficiently.
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset, taking ownership of daily priorities while continuously looking for ways to improve existing processes.
- Leverage AI and internal tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain a player-first mindset, ensuring game categorisation, search functionality, and lobby layouts are intuitive and user-friendly on both Casino and Sportsbook apps.
- 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce, content management, or a similar role (required)
- Strong industry experience preferred, but not required, ideally with particular focus on slots, live casino, gaming content providers, and iGaming generally (preferred)
- If no gaming experience, transferrable skills in functions including content management, homepage optimisation and third-party content partnerships will be considered (required)
- A skilled relationship builder, you will form strong, sustainable business relationships internally and externally (required)
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your goals and deliverables (required)
- Meticulous professional with exceptional attention to detail to produce thorough outputs (required)
- Strong project and operational processes management skills (required)
- Dynamic, agenda setting individual capable of working within a multi-location team and across various jurisdictions (required)
- An individual that is keen to learn more and take on challenges outside of their immediate remit (required)
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, Tableau (or a similar analytics platform), and content management systems (required)
