Media Associate
FanDuel is looking for a Media Associate to support the Integrated Media team in the execution, tracking, analysis, and optimisation of media integrations across above-the-line channels, with a primary focus on linear TV and non-linear streaming platforms. This role will play a key part in ensuring media partnerships and integrations are delivered successfully while helping drive insights that inform future media planning and strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced environment. - Support the day-to-day tracking, and optimisation of media integrations for above-the-line media channels (Primarily across Linear TV and Streaming).
- Maintain integration data (post logs, archival clips) for internal reporting and media analysis.
- Aid in analytics projects, enhancing measurement solutions to improve planning and strategy.
- Make recommendations based on learnings and data to improve integration engagement.
- Assist with building presentations for internal and external use.
- Liaise between internal stakeholders and network counterparts managing day-to-day needs and deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally with Integrated Marketing, League & Team, Brand Marketing and Creative teams on campaign implementation.
- Improve efficiencies for media integration management, including the centralised archival database, reporting and tracking documents, and deliverable workflows.
- Maintain visibility on competitors in the space with a focus on innovation.
- Facilitate ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or another relevant field with strong academic record (required).
- 2+ years of relevant above-the-line media experience (preferred).
- Meaningful experience working with performance marketing and media metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) and understanding of the utilisation and relationship between them (required).
- Experience working within the live sports or television industry (nice-to-have).
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to analyse metrics (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders (required).
- Strategic and commercial thinker with ability to demonstrate prioritisation and problem-solving skills (required).
- A self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and drive to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Understanding of the business/culture of sports and gaming (preferred).
- Excel & PowerPoint skills (required).
- Photoshop and design skills (nice-to-have).
- Understanding and willingness to use AI (preferred).
