Media Coordinator
The Media Coordinator will support the poker marketing program by playing a key role on the poker media team. The primary focus of the position is to drive media efficiency and scale across both above-the-line and below-the-line operations. The role involves collaborating with various internal departments, including Promotions, Brand, Commercial, Media, Product Marketing, and Acquisition, to help elevate customer acquisition efforts.
- Assist with the onboarding, setup, and day-to-day management of affiliate and partner relationships, helping to track performance against key goals.
- Help prepare regular reports on media partner performance across multiple business areas.
- Contribute to the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual media plans.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving media partner performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to help optimise customer acquisition journeys and user experiences.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and month-end financial reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with teams across the business to support marketing strategies and company growth objectives.
- Facilitate ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or another relevant field with strong academic record (preferred).
- 0-1 year of client-facing marketing experience, affiliate marketing experience and media buying (preferred).
- Internship experience a plus (nice-to-have).
- Meaningful experience working with performance marketing and media metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) and understanding of the utilisation and relationship between them (required).
- Analytically driven with strong understanding of underlying data and methodologies used to inform decision making and drive performance management (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders (required).
- Strategic and commercial thinker with strong judgment and problem-solving skills (required).
- A self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and drive to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment (required).
