  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, data, and operational functions to deliver successful launches and post-release optimisation.

  • Lead collaborative workshops and cross-functional sessions, translating ambiguity into aligned action plans.
  • Demonstrate innovative thinking, identifying new product opportunities through experimentation, research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain deep domain expertise on the product, market, and competitive landscape.
  • Partner with commercial and engineering leaders to drive Sportsbook OKRs tied to customer value and revenue impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally owning search, discovery, marketplace, AI-powered, or other high-scale consumer experiences (required).
  • Demonstrated fluency in modern AI tools to enhance product management effectiveness, including research synthesis, PRD drafting, experimentation design, data analysis, and insight generation (required).
  • Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and/or customer value through experimentation (required).
