Content & Customer Experience Senior Specialist - France
We are looking for a Customer Journey & Content Senior Specialist to support the delivery and optimisation of customer-facing experiences across PokerStars France. This role sits at the intersection of content, CVM, and customer experience, ensuring that all onsite and in-app content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with commercial priorities. You will play a key role in managing content execution while also analysing customer journeys, identifying friction points, and contributing to continuous improvements in engagement and user experience. Working closely with Customer Operations, Commercial, and Design teams, you will help ensure a seamless and consistent experience across all touchpoints in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
- Manage the Content Management System for the website, app, and all PokerStars properties, ensuring content is always accurate and up to date.
- Implement and update content and graphics in line with the publishing calendar, reflecting major Poker events, as well as Casino content priorities.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all content remains relevant for different customer segments.
- Monitor and quickly fix bugs or inconsistencies in website and app content.
- Manage the Content Management System for Landing Pages
- Work closely with the Customer Operations and commercial teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing, promotions, and customer experience.
- Manage banner placements across the website, ensuring the right promotions are displayed at the right time.
- Request and oversee design team deliverables, ensuring that all banners and content are always on-brand.
- Be available for on-duty work during special events, ensuring real-time content updates and smooth execution.
- Embrace PokerStars' tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all customer facing content.
- Monitor content performance data and develop dedicated analyses and reports.
- Analyze customer journeys, identify pain points, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the experience and content engagement.
- Manage A/B testing planning and execution, employing insights to refine content delivery and enhance customer experiences.
- Use data-driven approaches to ensure all initiatives are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Native French proficiency is required (required)
- Strong English communication skills (required)
- Proven experience managing a CMS for a website, app, or digital platform (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (required)
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure, especially for real-time content updates (required)
- Basic troubleshooting skills to fix content-related bugs (required)
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams, including Customer Operations, Commercial and Design (required)
- Familiarity with banner management and digital publishing workflows (required)
- Data-driven approach and familiarity with analysis and reporting (required)
- Ability to analyse and optimize users’ content-consumption journeys (required)
- Passion for sports, sports betting, and poker is a strong plus (nice-to-have)
- Ability to embrace and maintain the brand’s tone of voice, ensuring a consistent user experience (required)
- Willingness to be on call for key sporting and gaming events that require immediate content updates (required)
