CVM Casino Specialist
The CVM Casino Specialist will support the execution and optimisation of customer campaigns and lifecycle activities for PokerStars Portugal, with a strong focus on driving retention and revenue. This role involves delivering effective CRM initiatives, improving customer engagement and lifetime value, and ensuring all campaigns contribute to commercial performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the specialist will help optimise customer journeys and support growth in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
- Support the execution and optimisation of promotional campaigns across the Portuguese Casino market, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Contribute to customer segmentation and targeting strategies, using data to maximise engagement and value.
- Support campaign planning and execution across key customer touchpoints (CRM, onsite, promotions).
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Assist in managing campaign budgets and tracking performance against targets.
- Implement key CVM activities including lifecycle campaigns, retention initiatives, and customer communications.
- Collaborate closely with partners (Marketing, Product, Data, Compliance) to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
- Identify customer journey friction points and contribute to improving engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Support the monitoring of market trends and competitor activity to inform campaign strategies.
- Support the setup and execution of CRM journeys and automated campaigns across lifecycle stages.
- Contribute to the optimisation of bonus mechanics and promotional offers to improve conversion and retention.
- Experience in CRM, or Customer Value Management, ideally in digital or iGaming environments. (required)
- Hands-on experience in campaign execution and performance tracking. (required)
- Good understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle management. (required)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and campaign management platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Optimove, Braze or similar). (required)
- Basic understanding of promotional mechanics (bonus, free spins, incentives) and their impact on performance. (required)
- Analytical mindset, with ability to interpret data and support actionable insights. (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously. (required)
- Collaborative approach, with ability to work effectively across teams. (required)
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. (required)
- Experience in regulated markets is a plus. (nice-to-have)
- Native Portuguese proficiency is required. (required)
