Frontend Engineer (React) - Marketing Technology
The MarTech Operations Engineer will join a fast-growing Content Operations team. The role is responsible for building and maintaining tools across Marketing and Commercial to semi or fully automate processes.
The successful candidate will work with digital content publishing tools, including content management systems, and marketing communication tools. Additionally, they will create HTML and CSS for customer-facing websites, emails, and banners to support marketing initiatives.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing for a combination of working from home with working in modern offices.
- Work closely with the Senior MarTech Operations Manager to build and manage tools and solutions that reduce cost to serve and increase speed to market.
- Help review workflows and processes to identify opportunities to improve and automate.
- Use excellent problem-solving skills to creatively find solutions.
- Develop HTML and CSS for customer-facing digital assets including websites, emails, and banners, ensuring both technical excellence and visual consistency.
- Strong front-end development, technical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and the ability to multi-task to work to tight deadlines (required)
- A strong can-do attitude and willingness to help (required)
- Excellent JavaScript coding skills, including Next.JS/React (required)
- Experience working with APIs (required)
- Excellent HTML/CSS coding skills (required)
- Experience developing AI driven tools to improve processes and workflows (required)
- Experience working with headless content management systems such as Contentstack (required)
- GIT experience (required)
- Excellent problem-solving skills (required)
- Outstanding communication skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders (required)
