Description

The role bridges strategy and execution by aligning stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, defining campaign frameworks, and ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, on time, and against business objectives. Campaign Planning & Strategy Lead the development of integrated digital campaign strategies and activation plans. Translate business, product, and brand objectives into actionable digital marketing initiatives. Define campaign objectives, target audiences, key messages, customer journeys, and success metrics. Develop campaign briefs and ensure alignment across all participating teams. Campaign Ownership & Orchestration Own the end-to-end campaign planning process from briefing through launch and post-campaign review. Build and manage campaign roadmaps, timelines, and launch plans. Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure alignment across multiple initiatives. Manage campaign dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones. Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as the primary point of coordination across Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Creative, Product, Commercial, and Partnership teams. Facilitate campaign planning sessions, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews. Ensure all teams are aligned on objectives, deliverables, priorities, and timelines. Drive collaboration and accountability throughout the campaign lifecycle. Channel Integration & Customer Experience Define the role and contribution of each digital marketing channel within campaign plans. Ensure consistent messaging, creative execution, and customer experience across all digital touchpoints. Recommend channel mix and activation strategies based on campaign objectives and audience needs. Ensure campaign activities support both short-term performance goals and long-term brand growth. Campaign Performance & Optimization Monitor campaign delivery and performance against defined KPIs. Coordinate post-campaign evaluations and performance reviews. Identify key insights, opportunities, and recommendations for future campaigns. Promote a test-and-learn approach to campaign optimization and effectiveness. Process Improvement & Governance Establish and maintain campaign planning standards, frameworks, and best practices. Improve marketing workflows and cross-functional collaboration processes. Support the development of scalable campaign management practices. Ensure campaign execution adheres to brand guidelines and business requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (required).
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, or marketing project management (required).
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns (required).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and customer journeys (required).
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders (required).
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organisational skills (required).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities (required).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations (required).
