Senior Producer - Social Content
We’re looking for a Senior Producer Social Content to lead and inspire our social content production team, overseeing the end-to-end creation of standout video for YouTube and organic social channels. In this role, you’ll manage a group of talented producer/editors, providing creative direction, clear structure, and hands-on guidance to ensure every piece of content is sharp, engaging, and aligned with our brand vision. You’ll balance big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution, helping the team elevate storytelling, refine workflows, and deliver high impact‑ content that captures attention and drives engagement.
- Plan and produce content for YouTube, working alongside channel managers to deliver the strategy.
- Travel to live events to lead across the capture of dynamic, engaging footage for social.
- Manage teams shooting and editing high-quality video and stills to deliver standout, platform-ready content.
- Work with our extensive archive to provide regular poker output for YouTube – planning and developing content strands to engage fans and grow audiences.
- Stay on top of trends to make sure output is fresh and relevant.
- Manage the localisation of content for key markets.
- Work to brand guidelines and with agreed toolkits to ensure all output is on brand and compliant.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery.
- Support and mentor the social content production team, creating a culture of test and learn.
- Proven track record planning and delivering standout social content. (required)
- Experienced shooting and editing across live events and fast-paced environments, with an eye for social-first storytelling. (required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite: Premiere Pro (video editing), After Effects (motion graphics), Photoshop (image manipulation), and Audition (audio). (required)
- Ability to manage and organise multi-skilled teams, and juggle multiple projects on tight deadlines. (required)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. (required)
- Ability to develop and present new formats compellingly. (required)
- Strong creative, visual storytelling, and trend-spotting skills. (required)
- Data driven individual, able to change direction if formats aren’t resonating. (required)
- Understanding of poker: the game and current popular players. (required)
