Propositions Executive
We’re looking for a Propositions Executive to join Sky Gaming (Flutter UK & Ireland) in Gibraltar, working across Sky Vegas. This role sits within the Commercial Propositions team, responsible for creating market-leading gaming experiences that drive growth across Slots, Live and RNG. Our focus is simple: deliver standout entertainment, compelling rewards, and seamless onsite journeys that keep customers engaged and grow our share of the Gaming market. You’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering new propositions end-to-end. This includes working on flagship experiences such as Prize Machine, Reel Rivals, The Vault, Live Machine and much more. Each proposition is designed to strengthen our market position and give customers a clear reason to choose Sky Gaming. Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, CVM and external suppliers, you’ll help turn insight into action - identifying opportunities, building business cases, developing propositions and ensuring delivery against commercial targets. You’ll also track performance closely, using data and customer feedback to continuously improve the experience. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives, influence the player experience at scale, and help shape the future of gaming propositions within the number one online casino in the UK & Ireland.
- Develop and deliver innovative gaming propositions driven by customer insight and market trends across the Sky Gaming brands.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of Propositions from concept to business case through to launch and optimisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring new experiences to market and build and innovate on existing ones.
- Work with external suppliers to ensure we’re market leading and competitive in the games and experiences we offer our customers.
- Identify commercial opportunities and translate them into customer-first propositions to meet our targets and objectives.
- Monitor performance, analyse data and share actionable insights.
- Ensuring propositions are aligned with Flutter’s Play Well strategy and are compliant and future-proofed.
