Senior Automation Business Analyst
We are looking for a visionary Senior Business Analyst to lead an agile team of Automation Business Analysts. In this leading position, you will be responsible for managing a team of Business Analysts focusing on building our roadmap and delivering robust automations. Our aim is to radically improve how our teams operate, delivering faster, more efficient, and higher quality processes to our customers leveraging multiple technologies such as RPA, NLP, and Gen AI. We are looking for smart, hard-working and creative people, who are eager to have a significant, tangible impact through improving the operations for our business.
- Responsible for supporting project’s prioritisation.
- Responsible for the management, coaching, and mentoring of a small team of more junior Business Analysts.
- Leads or participates in various workshops to define and design automation solutions.
- Responsible of having documents for all process requirements and flow prior and after automation using standardised documents.
- Responsible for all stakeholders being well informed of the status of development requirements and scope.
- Leads and/or participates in the problem identification/error resolution process.
- Participates on sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including process development and deployment.
- Responsible of following project governance (project phases).
- Responsible to have the relevant reporting in place for automated solutions.
- Constantly liaise with process owners to raise operational improvements and brainstorm for automation ideas.
- Oversees continuous improvement and optimisation on automated processes.
- Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors developers through formal and informal channels.
- Offers support to Developer Lead and to Maintenance Lead, and collaborates with both to continuously improve delivery.
- University degree (required)
