- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP players across Intercom, Discord, and email, handling inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and manage loyalty programmes, promotions, and rewards designed around individual player preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to create exclusive offers and experiences for VIP players.
- Analyze player behaviour and performance data to identify trends and refine engagement strategies.
- Identify potential issues early and resolve them efficiently to maintain player trust and satisfaction.
- Experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within iGaming or online gaming (required).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to high-quality customer service (required).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Familiarity with Intercom, Discord, or CRM systems is an advantage (nice-to-have).
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies (required).
- Fluent in English (required).
- Additional languages are a plus (preferred).
