Market Operations Manager
We’re looking for a commercially minded Market Operations Manager (Sweden) to help grow and strengthen our Swedish market brand through audience engagement, community growth, retention initiatives, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the iGaming affiliate space, digital communities, content ecosystems, and modern audience-building strategies.
- Drive growth, engagement, and retention across the Swedish market brand
- Create and coordinate engaging, player-focused content and campaigns
- Support community growth across platforms including Telegram, Discord, Instagram, X/Twitter, and Reddit
- Work closely with CRM, SEO, Product, Social, Commercial, and AI teams
- Help optimise AI-assisted content and publishing workflows
- Coordinate campaigns, activations, competitions, and engagement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve player loyalty, interaction, and retention
- Support creator, influencer, and community-driven collaborations
- Ensure operational accuracy across content, offers, and promotions
- 5+ years of experience within the iGaming affiliate industry
- Strong understanding of the Swedish market and player behaviour
- Experience with content operations, audience growth, or affiliate brands
- Strong interest in AI tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Passion for digital communities, entertainment, and engagement
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality
- Fluent English and Swedish
